Which Wich has signed a franchise deal to enter Scotland, marking its next stage of expansion across the UK. The customisable sandwich concept has secured new franchise partners – Jason York and Dawn York from Glasgow-based JD Investments – to launch in Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the first Scottish location to be announced soon. Which Wich was founded in Dallas in 2003 and brought to the UK by master franchisee Rami Awada. The brand operates two locations in London, on Tottenham Court Road and Fleet Street.
It recently signed its first UK multi-unit franchise agreement with Breaking Brands Management, who will launch the concept’s first outpost in Cardiff. Further franchise opportunities remain available in select UK regions. “Edinburgh and Glasgow have thriving food scenes and strong demand for innovative fast-casual concepts,” said Rami Awada, UK master franchisee. “Our new partners saw the potential immediately and we’re actively seeking more franchisees who recognize the power of our proven model to drive strong sales and repeat traffic.” Which Wich is known for made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and salads. The brand always offers health-forward menu options, catering and delivery, and an all-day breakfast menu.
